It is time to say goodbye to an old friend. I am talking about my black strappy shoes that have been wearing for at least 15 years. These black strappy high heels have been my go-to fancy shoes for well over a decade. They have been in bad shape for a long time now. There has been tape involved in some fixes. Sharpie has been used as well as a bit of TLC to keep these shoes going. But I knew (and have known for a long time) that the end was near. I realized that the ankle straps were hanging on by a thread and I could not deny it any longer. So I decided to go crazy when ordering a new pair of go-to fancy shoes. I know, I am a true risk taker!!!!! RIP gals, it was a great run.
