The other day we were talking about if we could only eat one food for the rest of our lives what would it be. Eddie then started going off about his love for Benihana Fried Rice. I mentioned how I can make it at home and it is just as good. The crew laughed and called me on it. Even though I don't cook anything, this is the one dish I have confidence in. So last night I made a big batch and the crew is going to try it on the air this morning. If they say it is anything other than delicious then they are a bunch of big fat liar faces!!!
