Our New/Old Bedroom Furniture

We knew since the day we moved into our home 2 years ago that our bedroom furniture did not go. Our current house is a small midcentury home while our old over-sized bedroom set was from our big house we had out in Escondido. About a month ago we gave our entire bedroom set to Dario. The plan was to buy something to replace it ASAP but turned out it wasn't as easy as we thought. Or maybe we are more difficult than we remembered. After a month of consignment stores, new furniture stores and Craigslist we finally found a guy on Offer Up who specializes in midcentury furniture. We paid a bit more than I would have liked and to be honest if I saw this set at a garage sale a few years ago I wouldn't have even paid $10 for it. But we are now mid-century lovers and see the beauty and history in this set. Here is us checking out the stuff in this guys storage unit in Oceanside and then finally deciding on the set we wanted to buy...........
