This is really happening!!!! If you didn't hear, I'm making a homemade McRib for the crew to try tomorrow morning. After my successful (debatable) Benihana Fried Rice experiment I started getting all these recipes to recreate other beloved dishes. When I saw the one for the McRib I knew I had to try to make it. Eddie is outraged at the thought of it. Had to form my "ribs" last night to put them in the freezer so when I cook them up later they stay in that shape. It's crazy how many different spices and ingredients I had to buy to make this bad boy. Tonight, I make the secret recipe BBQ sauce and tomorrow we eat "McRibs"!!!!!
