I've been lucky enough to be a part of lots of cool events due to working in radio. But if I had to put together a list of the best of the best, the Sam Adams Summer Jam in Boston in the summer of 2002 would 100% be on that list. Sam Adams flew us (and a bunch of other radio shows) out to Boston, put us up in a super nice hotel and then put together this massive broadcast event, brought in a ton of celebrities to interview, had the beer flowing and then at the end threw an amazing concert for just us. Here is a picture I took with Gene Simmons from KISS who was one of the many celebrities that was hanging out in the broadcast area just waiting to be interviewed...........................
