We talked about it yesterday on the P1 Podcast, we are ready to break ground on our ADU. If you did not know, we are building an ADU/Guest House/Granny Flat in our backyard. This had been part of the plan for us since we bought the house 4 years ago. When we did our massive remodel we even ran all the utilities for the ADU to that part of the yard. It took a few months for us to get the plan just right and then it took almost a year for the city to approve our plans. But we are now finally ready to start construction. The hubby and I spent last weekend cleaning up the final things from that part of the yard and we are ready to go!!!!! I'll keep you updated on the progress......
