Warning you in advance....this isn't pretty. So I've been doing hot yoga about 3 times a week now for most of the year. Very proud of myself for finally getting off my ass and doing something physical. But the probably is that I've been doing the same lower level class the whole time. About a month ago I decided to push myself and try the harder classes. I got my ass kick and sweated like I never had before. Looks like I might have gone a bit too hard as one of my toes does not feel that great when a giant blister formed and then popped. Hopefully it will be mostly healed up by class on Thursday!
