First Swim of Summer

So happy the sun is finally here!!!! I've always dreamed of living in a house with a swimming pool. So when the hubby and I bought a home and remodeled it in 2019, a swimming pool had to be in the plans. Since I am a chicken when it comes to cold water a solar pool cover was also required. Here is the problem with a solar pool cover, it only works when the sun is out. We had enough sunny days last week to heat the pool to the point that my sensitive little system could go swimming this weekend. It was awesome! Of course I had to jump in the spa after to warm up, but I'm so happy swim season is here. I love staring at our bird of paradise blooming while soaking in the spa, the backyard masterplan is finally coming together ..............
