So Hot!!!!

Yesterday I did the hottest yoga class of my life. It was the only class they offer at the studio that I go to that I hadn't tried yet. But what made yesterday extra crazy was that the teacher happened to be a sub who doesn't normally teach at that studio. At the end of class, as half of the people in the room had already tapped out and were just laying on their mats trying not to die, the teacher revealed she may have overheated the room a "bit". I was so hot and my clothes were so soaked that when I got home that I didn't have the energy or care enough to change into my swimsuit, I just needed to cool down in our pool. First time ever swimming in our pool with full clothes on..............
