We are about to hit the year mark on when we broke ground on our 450 sq ft ADU and deck project. I am happy yet sad to report that the ADU is almost finished but the deck and yard are still a disaster. The ADU will be finished by the end of the month but the deck and yard....who freaking knows! The plans got sent back to the city over a month ago and they still haven't restarted work. Our original completion date was April so we are frustrated but thankful to be close to finishing the ADU. Here is the ADU bathroom which is pretty much complete..........
