Flower Power

I had the best customer service experience that I've had in years the other day when dealing with 1-800-Flowers. An experience like this is so rare these days that I've been telling all my friends and family that if you need to send flowers then this is the company you want to use. I wanted to send flowers fast the other day to a loved one who is going through some medical stuff. Long story short and to not place blame on any one individual involved (me), let's just says some user-error led to the flowers being sent to me instead of who I planned on sending them to. I reached out to 1-800-Flowers through their chat feature and they got flowers sent to the correct person ASAP and told me to keep the flowers I sent to myself and to enjoy them. Here are my beautiful flowers................
