15 Years Ago

15 years ago I became a Mom. Getting pregnant was not easy for us and took years, a bunch of heartache, some medical intervention, giving up and then finally surprisingly getting pregnant with our sweet Lovelyn. As difficult as getting pregnant was, my pregnancy and delivery was pretty much perfection. I felt healthy the whole time and walked into the hospital around 10:30am on 11/18/09 and Lovelyn entered the world at 1:23pm. I am one lucky Mama! I am also a lucky Mama cause for her 15th birthday she just wanted a simple picnic at the park with a handful of friends. I let her set the menu, we helped her set up, let her and her friends hang for a few hours and came back to help clean up. Probably the easiest (and cheapest) birthday party of the last 15 years!
