Aversion Therapy is described as - a type of behavior therapy designed to make a patient give up an undesirable habit by causing them to associate it with an unpleasant effect.

On their website, Pavlok claims that 75% of smokers who used the device quit smoking in as few as 5 days and after 6 months were still not smoking, AND that 80% of nail-biters had the same results.

Other examples of bad habits Pavlok can help you break: hair touching, negative thinking, procrastinating, eating sugar, spending too much money, and more. The device also aids in helping develop good habits, like training your body to wake up on its own, keeping you on task, and maintaining a positive outlook on life.
