This is one of the funniest videos I have seen in a long time. I've watched this about 20 times and I'm still laughing.
First of all it is an amazing prank pulled by the guy working at the store. Second the reaction of the dude on the cellphone is hysterical! He legitimately looks like he doesn't know what just happened and why it was done to him.
