Is this guy wrong for what he did? Watch and decide!

During an Orioles game (yes people were actually at an Orioles game) a foul ball was hit in to the stands. Two little boys and a grown man go running for it. The grown man gets there first and takes the ball. You can tell people are surprised and the commentators throw him under the bus as if he stole the ball from the boys. The guy clearly yells "I know it's terrible but I've been coming here for 30 years". If you have been going to Orioles games for THIRTY YEARS then you deserve that ball and why is it his job to let the kids have the ball? He didn't steal it from them, he got there first. Deal with it kids and be quicker on your feet next time!
